For all other orders, a flat rate of $5.99 is charged for standard shipping (1-5 working days to most post codes)

Need it quicker? We offer Express Shipping for $10.99. Delivery is made in 1-2 business days to most Australian post codes.

Please note that during the pandemic, Australia Post is no longer guaranteeing their express service.

All in stock items are dispatched within one business day (excluding weekends, public holidays and busy sale periods) and deliver in approx 1-5 business days (excluding for the duration of the COVID 19 Pandemic) Pre-order items will be sent separately in one parcel once all pieces arrive.

NZ customers are charged a flat rate of $14.99 AUD. Free shipping is also provided on orders over $150*.

Customers from the USA are charged a flat rate of $19.99 AUD. 

Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Boho Buys when refused by the recipient at time of delivery. More information below.

Delivery time

Items sent directly from Boho Buys will be dispatched within one business day and deliver within 1-5, longer for some regional locations. International customers can expect their order to deliver in 5-12 business days, depending on location.

Pre-order items are styles we don't hold in our office and only order them in for you when required. Delivery can be up to 20 business days, but is normally delivered in 1-2 weeks (and totally worth the wait)


If your item(s) is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund.



Australia: We will send all in stock items immediately, and the pre-order items to you separately once they come in.

International: We will wait and collect all items together, then send them to you on a courtesy express shipment.

If you have entered the wrong address, contact us by phone or email within 24 hours so we can fix it before dispatch.
Parcels that are misdelivered, delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer may incur costs (by Australia Post) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not want us to resend your parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, plus any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount (from $7.45 for domestic order, more on International)


We cannot guarantee that you will or won't be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient. This applies only to international customers (not Australian)

If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to sender, all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the full shipping cost to send to you (full amount paid by Boho Buys, not the amount charged on your order) plus the cost of returning the parcel. In most cases, the shipping charges will negate the refund.



Boho Buys does it's best to protect your items in transit, by using protective bags, bubble wrap on jewellery and sealing openings on the satchels. If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or torn, please open a case with your postal provider. Boho Buys cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.



If no one is home at time of delivery and the driver deems the area safe to leave, the parcel will automatically be left in a safe location at the address. Places to check are in the letterbox, around the front of your home - especially behind bins/pot plants/fences and under doormats!

If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with your body corporate/building management, your housemates and even your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping.

Once you have scoped out all possible delivery locations and still have no luck in finding your parcel, please send us an email so we can help you investigate further with Australia Post. Please don’t panic, we’ll make sure your goodies are located one way or another!
