For all other orders, a flat rate of $9 is charged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pick ups, drop offs or collections from our NSW office.

All in stock items are sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays and busy sale periods) Pre-order items will be sent separately in one parcel once all pieces arrive.

INTERNATIONAL

US & NZ customers are charged a flat rate of $15. Free shipping is also provided on orders over $150*.

Customers from Canada are charged a flat rate of $20. Free Shipping is also provided on orders over $250*.

Any and all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to return it to Boho Buys when refused by the recipient at time of delivery. More information below.

EUROPE

We now ship to these European countries: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

The flat rate is $25* (AUD) for all parcels, excluding customs, taxes and duties imposed by the European Union. These are the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel is uncollected or rejected by the customer at collection, it will automatically void 90% of your refund to cover return expenses billed to Boho Buys.

* Orders over $500 will incur an extra $10 AUD shipping fee due the weight of the shipment.

Delivery time

Delivery time wills depend on the stock location.

Items sent directly from Boho Buys will be dispatched within 24 business hours.

 

Special Request Preorder items are styles we don't hold in our office and only order them in for you when required. Delivery can be up to 20 business days, but is normally delivered in 1-2 weeks (and totally worth the wait)

All products are listed as either special request preorder, or available for immediate shipment.

 

If your item(s) is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund.

 

Need it within two weeks? Unless marked as 24 hour dispatch, we recommend having a back up just in case - contact us if you'd like to arrange express shipping support@bohobuys.com

 

MIXED ORDERS : 24 HOUR SHIPMENT & SPECIAL REQUEST

Australia: We will send all 24 hour items immediately, and the special request items to you separately once they come in.

International: We will wait and collect all items together, then send them to you on a courtesy express shipment.

 
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you have entered the wrong address, contact us by phone or email within 24 hours so we can fix it before dispatch.
Parcels that are misdelivered, delayed or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer may incur costs (by Australia Post) and are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not want us to resend your parcel, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, plus any costs incurred returning the parcel will be deducted from the refund amount (from $7.45 for domestic order, more on International)
 
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL

We cannot guarantee that you will or won't be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient. This applies only to international customers (not Australian)

If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to sender, all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the full shipping cost to send to you (full amount paid by Boho Buys, not the amount charged on your order) plus the cost of returning the parcel. In most cases, the shipping charges will negate the refund.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

Boho Buys does it's best to protect your items in transit, by using protective bags, bubble wrap on jewellery and sealing openings on the satchels. If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or torn, please open a case with your postal provider. Boho Buys cannot be held responsible for damages in transit.
