Call us picky, but the simple fact is most products don't meet our standards. And if we wouldn't wear it then we won't sell it.

You want to feel confident that what you're looking at is what you're going to get, right? Exactly. That's why all the photos on our site are of the exact product we stock and the exact product you will get.
We take great care in writing descriptions that accurately describe the product and list the fabric of each piece on the product page. We give you a detailed size guide specific to each item so you can get the right size for you without fuss.
Plus each item has an approximate delivery time listed so you know exactly when to expect your order to arrive.

We want you to be excited about your purchase and feel like you got a great buy so you'll come back again and again. (Like most of our customers do!) We keep our overheads low by keeping the Boho Buys HQ in our home office and leverage the warehouses of our suppliers, and we pass those savings on to you!
Unfortunately, we can't give away all of our products for free. Terrible, right?
However, we do accept all major forms of credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We also accept PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. Everything costs the same no matter how you pay, we'll never charge extra surcharges or any of that type of shenanigans. So, however you want to pay, we've got you covered!

Unlike many stores, we don't make any money on shipping. In fact in most cases you'll pay less than it costs us to send your order. We're happy to cover the difference because we're just cool like that.
Some stores charge based on weight, so the more you buy the more you're punished in shipping costs. That never made sense to us. If a girl's gotta shop, a girl's gotta shop! That's why shipping is always either a flat fee, or free.
If you're in Australia then enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 (AUD). Under $100, it's a flat rate of $5.99.
If you're in the US then you get FREE SHIPPING when you spend $150 (AUD). Otherwise it's just $15. And keep in mind these are Australia dollars so your cost in $US will be less. How's that for an instant saving!

To keep our prices as low as possible we ship items both from our Aussie & China warehouses as well as direct from our suppliers.
Items sent directly from Boho Buys will be dispatched within 24 business hours. Items sent directly from the supplier will depend on their location, but usually reach our customers between 7 and 30* business days in most cases.
Each product page lists where the item will ship from and the approximate delivery times.
Oh, and you will never be charged twice for shipping - even if your products are coming from two different suppliers (Yay!)
Most orders are sent via Australia post and always come with tracking info. Once your order ships we'll send you an email with the tracking details so you can see exactly where your order is and build up the appropriate amount of excitement.
If you've registered an account you can use the links at the top of the website to login and see your order history and update your address details easily.
As big animal lovers, wedo not support the sale of real animal skin. Our furs will always be fake and our leather always vegan! Cruelty to animals is not fashionable. If you'd like to learn more about why we took the fur free pledge then grab a box of tissues and read this.
And perhaps most important of all: many of our stand out pieces are exclusive to Boho Buys! Thanks to our international buyers we're able to bring you unique products from the US, UK, Middle East, Asia and Eastern Europe. And when you purchase items internationally, you can pretty guarantee it'll be unique to your home location - awesome!
