What is Boho Buys and what do you sell?

Boho Buys is a small Australian owned and operated online store specialising in Bohemian inspired fashion and lifestyle products, including Kaftans, Maxi Dresses, jewellery and much more.


Where do you get your product from?

We have multiple suppliers, providing stock from the USA, Bali, Middle East, China, UK, as well as Australian made product. The great news for our customers is that when we purchase items internationally, you can pretty guarantee it'll be unique to your home location - awesome! And we won't rip you off with shipping charges.


Are you getting more stock?

Some stock we will bring back, others are one offs or limited edition. Drop us a line and we'll let you know! 


Where is my order sent from and how long will it take?

We send orders from our NSW based office and you can expect it to be dispatched within 1 business day. Where possible, we'll send it out the same day for you.

Items that are purchased as pre-order only are usually limited edition and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (usually quicker.) These items are specifically brought in for you, so if the item is already in transit to us we are unable to cancel your order. You are free to return it for an exchange or credit once delivered though.

Our products will always show whether they are available for immediate dispatch or special request order, so you know when to expect it.

Unfortunately, once your order is processed or in transit,we cannot cancel or refund. This includes all special request orders as well as in stock items.

International customers - times will vary from 5 working days to 20, depending on your location and in bound customs. 


MIXED ORDERS : In stock & special request items.

Australia: We will send all in stock items immediately, and the pre-order items to you separately once they come in.

International: We will wait and collect all items together, then send them to you on a courtesy express shipment. Where possible, we will split your order and send some items directly from the off shore warehouse, but this isn't always possible.


Will I be charged twice for shipping if my order is coming from two different locations?

Never. You will only ever be charged once.


Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver to Australia, USA and New Zealand.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to Russia, Canada, EU and other selected nations due to regulations.

Please be aware of currency conversion, as this will affect how much you pay. All items are charged in AUD (Australian Dollars). In the rare chance an item or order must be refunded, refunds are done at the current exchange rate and is no way controlled by Boho Buys. We will refund you in full AUD. The amount you receive may be slightly more or slightly less than what you initially paid.

I received a text / email saying my parcel was delivered, but nothing is there. What the?!

If no one is home at time of delivery and the driver deems the area safe to leave, the parcel will automatically be left in a safe location at the address. Places to check are in the letterbox, around the front of your home - especially behind bins/pot plants/fences and under doormats!

If there is no sign of your parcel please also check in with your body corporate/building management, your housemates and even your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping.

Once you have scoped out all possible delivery locations and still have no luck in finding your parcel, please send us an email so we can help you investigate further with Australia Post. Please don’t panic, we’ll make sure your goodies are located one way or another!


Can I use more than one coupon code on orders?

No. All offers, discounts and codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts apply to order totals excluding shipping.

Do you accept credit cards?



Can I exchange if it's the wrong size?

Of course! Visit our Returns Centre to check your eligibility and begin.


Can I return a sale item?

No. All sales on items reduced to clear are final.


Can I cancel an order?

This isn't always possible and depends on where the order is up to in terms of shipment and processing. Please email within 30 minutes and we will try to cancel the order, if possible.

If your items are in transit or the order has already been processed we cannot cancel.

An order in which Sezzle, Afterpay or ZipPay have been used, 10% will be held to cover fees (should an order be cancelled.)


Will I need to pay customs taxes or duties?

We cannot guarantee that you will or won't be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any taxes and duties are charged once the parcel reaches it's destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient. This applies only to international customers (not Australian)

If a parcel is refused by the customer and returned to sender, all shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes the full shipping cost to send to you (full amount paid by Boho Buys, not the amount charged on your order) plus the cost of returning the parcel. In most cases, the shipping charges will negate the refund.


Do I have to create a customer account to buy from Boho Buys?

No. However it is recommended as creating an account is quick, easy and makes check out in the future even quicker.


Do you sell real animal skins?

Never! As animal lovers, we will never sell real animal skins. Faux fur and vegan leather only. See our Fur Free Pledge HERE


Do you do collaborations?

No. We don't believe in paying people to convince you to buy from us. We work closely with a handful of brand ambassadors but do not collaborate otherwise. Our customer photos are all real.


What about your models?

Boho Buys believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle which extends beyond a person's size and shape. This is reflected in the healthy recipes offered on our blog (as well as a few naughty Nutella ones, because who can resist hazelnut goodness?), food and lifestyle images used on Instagram as well as the models we book to showcase our ranges.


We will never book a models who lead unhealthy lives, whether it be alcohol and drug abuse or are noticeably underweight. In the same way we won't book models who starve themselves to be thin, we do not want to promote any lifestyle that is unhealthy.


Our models are usually genetically blessed but also enjoy an active lifestyle, including boxing or teaching yoga. No woman should be scrutinised for looking after their mind, body and spirit regardless if they are a size 6 or 14. We want all woman to show body confidence, despite their age, religion, size, height or race.
